This is Yeti, Odlin, Sampson and Apolo. They are the rarest big cats in the world!
These beautiful brothers are a mix of lion and tiger. Lions are extremely rare. There are about 1000 specimens of this animal worldwide most of which live in imprisonment. Yeti, Odlin, Sampson and Apolo occur excellent. They may be the first white leghorns ever born! The parents of these siblings are Yvonne, a white lioness, and Saraswati, a white tiger. There are only 1,200 white tigers and 300 white lions in the world.
Avery, Saraswati and their children live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The sanctuary’s name is T.I.G.E.R. This sanctuary has victoriously cultivated ligers in the past. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, one of their tigers, Hercules, is the largest cat in the world. Hercules weighs 922 pounds, but despite his size he is a very sweet guy and loves to play with his new canine friends and grandchildren.
When I didn’t see them for only one day they looked the next day like the double size. It’s like someone blew them up with a tire bomb.”
Liger cubs love to swim like tigers and are as sociable as lions. They also have their own personality traits.
Apollo is the smallest of the four and acts mostly like a house cat. The small animal loves to snuggle up to its owners and be petted.
Yeti is the liveliest of the four and will always be the center of attention. He is also the largest of the four cats. Dr. Antle believes he may even be bigger than his Uncle Hercules.
Antle believes that by the age of two, the four cats will be at least three meters tall and weigh about 200 kilograms. It is hard to imagine that these little animals will one day be that big.
Look at how one-of-a-kind these four liger cubs are!
